Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Facilitate executive workshops on future disruption and opportunity identification
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into product development and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience launching innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
