Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product and business strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate planning
- Author thought leadership content and present at industry conferences on future technology paradigms
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots and R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Build and lead a high-performing foresight team to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
