Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for breakthrough innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (TED, Davos, etc.)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Demonstrated success implementing commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or ISPI)
