Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive workshops translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts to validate trend hypotheses
- Design and deploy AI-powered trend prediction models using proprietary data ecosystems
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling (Python/R)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks adopted by major organizations
