- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 partners across verticals
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future-intelligence network
- Quantify future ROI through data-driven forecasting and market simulation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and climate change megatrends
- Executive-level communication with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Published research in futurist publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-impacting initiatives launched at scale
