Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-political, and environmental signals to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and policy teams
- Author high-impact trend briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Lead development of 'Future-Ready' certification programs for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and pattern recognition
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
