Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for 2026+ technology adoption patterns
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive megatrends
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and market intelligence briefs
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems with academic and corporate partners
- Present strategic foresight findings at global industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotechnology forecasting
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications
- Strong command of scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Futurist)
