Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging tech (AI/ML, biotech, Web3) into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Host quarterly 'Future Horizons' workshops to align organizational strategy
- Author thought leadership content published in top-tier industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or innovation projects
