Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives
- Translate foresight insights into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and societal transformation
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation and opportunity capture in volatile future landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, exponential technology forecasting, and systemic thinking
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future narratives
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, biotechnology, and decentralized systems
- Global network of innovators and demonstrated ability to influence industry direction
