Responsibilities
- Lead foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation aligned with long-term vision
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy
- Present compelling narratives and data-driven insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or thought leadership pieces
