Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level insights to board members and C-suite leadership
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product development initiatives
- Monitor global geopolitical and economic indicators to anticipate systemic risks
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong data analytics background with proficiency in trend-mapping tools
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and industry boundaries
