Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2028
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for 500+ stakeholders across public and private sectors
- Design and launch innovation incubators targeting $100M+ market opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics team
- Integrate AI-driven predictive modeling with human-centered qualitative analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist or business journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
