Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
