Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global business resilience in volatile environments
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, TED-style talks)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
