Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping emerging technologies to market opportunities
- Produce executive-grade scenario planning documents for board-level decision making
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotech integration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Futurecasting Methodology™
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience developing C-suite foresight tools for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ major future-shaping initiatives
