Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies post-2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines

- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into development cycles
- Advise executive leadership on long-term tech adoption strategies
- Build and maintain global network of futurist and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping research
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with scenario modeling and strategic planning tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
