Responsibilities

- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps with engineering teams
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future impact assessments to the board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at major futurist/tech conferences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
