- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders and external partners
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Oversee implementation of strategic roadmaps aligned with future projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
