Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author compelling thought leadership reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration) and their 2026 market impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers to identify paradigm shifts
- Design and deploy AI-powered forecasting models to predict market disruptions by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning frameworks, and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on C-suite strategy initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020-2025 foresight projects with quantified business impact
