Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 milestones
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for 2026 strategic initiatives and track implementation progress
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (articles, books, whitepapers)
