Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year research initiatives to map technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present executive-level future outlooks to C-suite leadership and boards of directors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content published in top-tier industry publications
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps that integrate emerging technologies into business operations
- Mentor junior strategists and cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
