- Deliver executive-level trend briefings translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Lead innovation sprints with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-ready business models
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech societal impacts
- Manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
- Champion ethical innovation principles across all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into market-ready products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Foresight Practitioners)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
