Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global markets and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future innovation
- Manage cross-functional teams executing 5-year innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
