- Develop and maintain innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global socio-technological shifts
- Champion human-centered design in future-facing product development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an international network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
