Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead architectural discussions regarding AI integration and scalability.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced NLP) relevant to our niche.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies with a focus on long-term viability.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Data Science.
- Experience in the FinTech or HealthTech sector is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
