Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Neural Interfaces.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for our next-gen AI platforms and decentralized networks.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Lead the prototyping of experimental technologies, turning abstract concepts into tangible prototypes for internal testing.
- Talent & Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic visions into executable technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Assess the feasibility of emerging tech stacks and mitigate technical risks associated with rapid innovation cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading R&D or high-level technical strategy.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Edge Computing).
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead high-performance teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
