You will define the standards for our next-generation neural systems and guide a team of elite engineers in creating scalable, high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems and neural networks aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of advanced machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers to foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize system performance, security, and efficiency.
- Pioneer research in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data governance, and cloud architecture.
