Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance architectural frameworks tailored for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Drive the exploration and integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI integration, edge computing, and next-gen data processing.
- Technical Strategy & Mentorship: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team, mentoring senior staff and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize Global Infrastructure: Oversee the architecture of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability, security, and low-latency performance across global nodes.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, robust technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Architect systems that are not only cutting-edge but also impenetrable, adhering to the highest global security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically in designing serverless and containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in AI/ML infrastructure, quantum-ready algorithms, or Web3 technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional technical challenges with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders.
