Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance quantum-resistant encryption systems and distributed ledgers.
- Lead the architectural vision for 2026-ready neural interfaces, ensuring seamless human-machine collaboration.
- Implement scalable microservices architectures using Rust and Python to support real-time data processing.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-generation wearables and AR/VR environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous load testing and failure simulations to ensure system resilience against emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in high-level languages (Python, Java) and systems languages (Rust, C++).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with blockchain technology and cryptographic protocols.
- Strong track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to production.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
