Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python) and frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
