Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technical roadmap focused on scalability, AI integration, and future-proofing our core infrastructure.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex system architectures that support high-volume, low-latency applications.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, next-gen AI) to assess their impact on our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and SEO specialists to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineers alike.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve system reliability, security, and overall performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract future concepts into concrete, executable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
