Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures that support long-term growth and adaptability for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from prototype to production, utilizing MLOps best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing technical standards.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new AI paradigms, contributing to internal research papers, and evaluating new technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Rigorously optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Spark, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future regarding technology adoption and system scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale problems in ambiguous environments.
