Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance backend services for the 2026 Platform using modern languages (Go, Rust, or Python).
- Design scalable database schemas and optimize query performance for petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define API standards and data flows.
- Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure system reliability.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Ensure security compliance and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and system architecture.
- Deep proficiency in at least one statically-typed language (Go, Rust, or C++) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Proven track record of improving system latency and throughput.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
