Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for the 2026 initiative, translating high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies and architectural blueprints.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen data processing and AI integration.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor and direct senior engineers and product leads, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and technical rigor.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the 2026 landscape, integrating them into our core architecture to maintain a competitive edge.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with long-term initiatives and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and persuasive impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, distributed systems, and machine learning infrastructure.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse engineering teams.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical data for executive audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
