Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of advanced generative models and LLMs.
- Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Present technical vision and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
