In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level executive vision and technical execution. You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, assessing their viability for our infrastructure, and leading cross-functional teams to implement solutions that position us as market leaders by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging engineers and product teams to explore cutting-edge solutions.
- Oversee the integration of futuristic tech stacks, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with global partners to stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or engineering management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering on them.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading diverse, remote-first teams in a high-growth environment.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
