Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver scalable machine learning solutions.
- Architect robust, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure that can handle enterprise-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts and secure buy-in for innovative projects.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model deployment, and ethical AI usage.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model optimization techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business value.
