Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architecture strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable deep learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core platforms.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor and guide a team of mid-level and senior data scientists and engineers.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
