Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for AI capabilities, focusing on the specific technological milestones and regulatory frameworks expected by 2026.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-suite executives, engineers, and legal counsel, to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory shifts in the AI sector to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and guide architectural decisions that support long-term scalability and innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource allocation for R&D projects related to next-gen AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning engineering, or technical management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging AI architectures, NLP, Computer Vision, and large language models.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international AI regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
