Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture strategy for complex data-driven products, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
