- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, safety compliance, and interpretability of models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into physical prototypes.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a specific focus on robotics or autonomous systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of algorithms in reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or multi-modal learning.
- Experience deploying models in production environments with high availability and low latency requirements.
