Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of proprietary Machine Learning models for Project 2026.
- Architect scalable neural networks capable of processing high-dimensional data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready APIs and services.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous experiments to validate new algorithms, ensuring robustness and accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to academic or industry white papers regarding future AI trajectories.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or a similar R&D role in a high-tech environment.
- Deep proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or holding relevant patents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving projects.
