Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures optimized for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Design and implement large-scale training pipelines for generative models, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to improve model accuracy, reduce inference latency, and lower computational costs.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical research into market-leading AI features.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal learning.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a strong understanding of distributed training frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with model compression and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
