Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary foundational models targeting 2026 deployment milestones.
- Design and optimize deep learning architectures for high-performance inference on edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate research breakthroughs into market-ready AI products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model validation, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineering talent to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or advanced software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI.
