Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for edge computing and high-throughput environments.
- Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex research findings into actionable product features.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership.
- Oversee the experimental pipeline, from data preprocessing to model deployment and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research engineering, with a proven track record of published work in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with hands-on experience in distributed training systems.
- Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
