Responsibilities
- Complete 40-hour/week paid training curriculum covering AWS basics and security protocols
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise clients via chat/email/phone
- Document troubleshooting processes and knowledge base articles

- Monitor system health and report performance metrics
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score post-training
