Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and Quantum computing integration, with a specific focus on 2026 readiness.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence.
- Architect scalable machine learning models and quantum algorithms that solve complex, real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly regarding AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and neuromorphic computing.
- Oversee code quality, system architecture, and deployment pipelines using modern DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
