Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant quantum-classical hybrid systems capable of handling complex AI workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on optimizing algorithms for emerging quantum hardware architectures.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and long-term roadmap to ensure we are ahead of the curve for the 2026 release cycle.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum solutions into our existing cloud infrastructure and product ecosystems.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and error correction standards to ensure data integrity in quantum environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Quantum Proficiency: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (superposition, entanglement) and hands-on experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in classical machine learning, deep learning, and neural network architecture design.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with parallel computing frameworks (CUDA, OpenCL) is highly preferred.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proven track record of deploying scalable systems on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
