Responsibilities
- Design Hybrid Architectures: Create robust, scalable systems that seamlessly integrate classical deep learning models with emerging quantum processors.
- Optimize Performance: Develop novel algorithms that minimize latency and maximize computational efficiency in high-frequency data environments.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into neuromorphic computing and quantum error correction to ensure system stability.
- System Integration: Oversee the deployment of AI models into cloud-native ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and quantum data privacy in decentralized networks.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in quantum computing environments.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract research concepts into deployable, production-grade software solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy from concept to completion.
