Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic algorithms and hybrid AI models.
- Lead the architecture of distributed cloud-native systems using Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for future-proofing our platform.
- Optimize neural network training pipelines for massive data throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development and system architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with deep experience in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or neural network optimization.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
